The views were breathtaking, and Karen and Tim were so welcoming. We enjoyed lounging on the sun terrace overlooking the river and having a barbecue in the garden. They provided a lovely breakfast spread for our first day, but being a bit out of the city, having to rely on expensive Uber rides was a bit of a bummer - felt a bit stranded on the check-out day. a fantastic stay 🌅.

Marvellous and stunning position, we enjoyed staying here.

Location: the hotel was very close to Hobart and surrounds, the Derwent river, and Hobart CBD. It also was in a nice quiet area which was a plus for us. The room was exceptionally nice, had private bathroom. An electric kettle, a microwave, and air conditioner were a very nice touch.

The coziness of the cottage truly warmed my heart, with its charming decor filled with lovely touches that made me feel right at home. the general areas were easily accessible for someone like me, a senior woman, allowing me to move around comfortably and enjoy the beautiful views of the river and hills. It was such a delightful retreat for relaxation and tranquility.

Would appreciate extra assistance from the children working there for senior guests.

Watching rowers go past on the Derwent riverfront with the mountains in the backdrop was fine. Clean and comfortable with great facilities, parking, and easy transportation access. Breakfast was excellent and staff provided much-appreciated hospitality. Location on the banks of the river in a quiet area was perfect for a relaxing stay.

For us, this hotel was ideal and we had no complaints.

We had a delightful stay in a scenic location that was close to the city center. The property was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including an oven, washing machine and TV. The fridge was generously stocked with breakfast essentials. the cottage had stunning views of the river, and we enjoyed relaxing in the lounge and taking in the tranquil surroundings.

It would have been helpful if the property were more suited to less mobile guests. There were some steps that could prove challenging.

Set on the riverbank, we enjoyed scenic views of rowers on the water and mountains towering in the background. the cozy rooms had every amenity we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to a massage bathtub. Karen and Tim provided a warm welcome and delightful breakfast provisions. We appreciated the thoughtful and homely details throughout the accommodation, from the comfy beds to the lighting and decoration.

The hotel’s location may not be suitable for those without their own means of transportation.

The view from the cottage is breathtaking! We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the chance to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the breakfast supplies were a nice touch and gave us the freedom to have a cozy home-cooked meal. Plus, the bed was unbelievably comfortable!

There were no instructions or wifi details left, which would have been helpful.
